We are seeking a highly accomplished and strategically oriented professional to join our Corporate Headquarters in Karachi as:

Chief Operations and Technical Officer – Pak Arab Refinery Jobs 2025 Apply Online

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role oversees nationwide operations, with P&L accountability for Refinery, Pipeline Operations, Engineering Services, Expansion Projects, and HSE.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-term strategy for Refinery and Pipeline Operations aligned with global best practices.
Oversee operations, maintenance, and asset integrity to maximize performance and reliability.
Identify and implement advanced technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Lead major capital projects, including Turnarounds, Refinery Upgrades, and Pipeline Expansions.
Foster collaboration across divisions while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Build and mentor high-performing technical and operational teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree (Chemical or Mechanical) from a reputable institute.
Additional qualifications in Business or Project Management preferred.

Experience:

20+ years in Operations Management, Technical Support, Asset Integrity, and Project Management within the petroleum or process industries.
5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing large-scale Refinery and Pipeline Infrastructure.

Competencies:

Expertise in petroleum refining processes, project management, and refinery economics.
Familiarity with engineering codes and industry best practices.
Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence.
