- Students enrolled in:
- PhD, MS/MPhil, or equivalent 18 year programs except weekend programs
- 1.5 and 2 year master’s programs except weekend programs
- 4-year and 5 year bachelor’s ke programs morning/evening sessions
⚠️ Note: Students from private universities, affiliated colleges, or postgraduate colleges are not eligible.

To qualify for the Laptop Scheme 2025, students must be enrolled after the following cutoff dates:

🚫 Students enrolled before the mentioned dates are not eligible.
Academic Requirements Youth Laptop Scheme 2025
To qualify under the Prime Minister Laptop Scheme 2025, students must meet the following academic standards:
- Semester System: Minimum 70% marks or 2.80 CGPA
- Annual System: Minimum 60% marks
- Percentage conversion must follow the HEC formula.
Who is NOT Eligible Laptop Scheme 2025?
Even if you are public university student, you are not a eligible if:
- You’re studying in a private university, affiliated or government college.
- You’ve already received a laptop under any other government scheme.
- You’re a foreign national excluding AJK students.
- You didnot apply online through the PMYP online portal.
- You can not provide valid documents during the laptop distribution phase.
- You completed your a degree before laptops are distribute.
