Cssp Project Manager Job (01 Position)
Location: CSSP Mirpurkhas & CSSP Sanghar
Job Type: Contract (1 Year – Extendable)
Key Responsibilities as Project Manager Job in CSSP.
- Lead the project as focal person in both Mirpurkhas & Sanghar districts.
- Ensure planning in Civil society support Program execution and timely completion of project deliverables.
- Liaison with government departments and CBOs and NGOs and other stakeholders.
- Identify youth groups and community leaders and partners for interventions.
- Verify fieldwork of CSSP documentation and data and reporting.
- Manage project finances and resources and budgeting.
- Support Program & M&E units with field-level assistance.
- Maintain high-level reporting and communication & leadership.
Required Qualification & Skills for Project Manager Jobs
- Have completed Master’s degrees in Social Sciences or Project Management.
- Who has Minimum 7 years development sector experience.
- Strong background in youth led initiatives and economic empowerment & advocacy.
- Have Proficiency in English Speaking strong report writing and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and can able to work under stress and adapt to field environments for Cssp.
Enterprise Development Officer job in CSSP (01 Position)
Location: Mirpurkhas CSSP Office & Sanghar Office
Job Type: Contract (1 Year – Extendable)
Key Responsibilities: CSSP Enterprise development officer jobs
- CSSP Support Rozgar Centers (RCs) at UC level with field coordination work.
- Must need to Identify TVET centers and low income youth for skills development training.
- Facilitate enterprise development and digital marketing & business trainings.
- Link trained youth with employment and business development service providers.
- Who can Conduct digital literacy sessions and youth consultations in CSSP.
- Assist in perception surveys and tracer studies and Cssp documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments and academia and CSOs and partners.
Required Qualification & Skills for Enterprise Development Officer job.
- Who have Master’s in Social Sciences or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years in field experience in non-profit sector.
- Experience in youth engagement and enterprise development & skills training.
- Who have exp. MS Office proficiency and strong communication & reporting skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage youth groups and maintain stakeholder relations in CSSP.
3. Field Coordinator (02 Positions)
Location: Mirpurkhas & Sanghar
Job Type: Contract (1 Year – Extendable)
Key Responsibilities as Field Coordinator in CSSP.
- Fied Coordinator to Identify and mobilize youth in targeted UCs.
- Strengthen youth groups including minorities and PWDs and transgender and young women.
- Support youth led enterprises and leadership activities in CSSP Sangar & Mirpurkhas.
- Facilitate Sanghar & Mirpurkhas district level consultations, meetings and advocacy initiatives.
- Collect success stories and case studies MoVs and field data.
- Coordinate with Enterprise Development Officer for skills training events.
- Conduct follow-ups and ensure timely reporting.
Required Qualification & Skills Field Coordinator Jobs
- Who have Bachelor’s or / Master’s in Social Sciences.
- Required Minimum 5 years in field and community mobilization experience.
- Must haveSkilled in youth engagement and stakeholder collaboration.
- If have Strong reporting and communication and leadership capabilities.
