🎓 PMDC Jobs Qualification Required
Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university
✅ Candidates must also meet the fit and proper criteria under the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act, 2023

- Manage Board of Directors (BoD) and committee meetings
- Act as liaison between BoD and management and stakeholders

- Advise the BoD on legal and regulatory matters
