🔍 Latest Jobs in Karachi 2025 Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Assistant, you will:

• Transfer historical and ongoing data from physical/digital formats (Excel, Google Sheets, PDFs) into ERP modules.

• You Need to Assist MREL and Program teams in cleaning and preparing data sets for ERP upload.

• You Need to Enter program indicators HR records & training data and logs into ERP.

• Transcribe scanned and hard copy documents into standardized templates.

• You Need to Verify and perform quality checks in coordination with relevant teams.

• Maintain data catalogs and logbooks to track progress across departments.

• You Need to Report regular updates on milestones and challenges.

🕒 Data Entry Karach Jobs 2025 Duration

This is a short term contract position until 31st August, 2025, with possible extension based on project needs.

Data Entry Jobs Required Qualifications & Skills

• Data Entry  Proven experience in data entry roles, ideally in development or organizational settings.

• Typing speed Data Entry : must be minimum 40 WPM with high accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word Data Entry ) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms Data Entry ).

• Data Entry Ability to digitize hard ccopy documents independently.

• Data Entry Jobs Familiarity with ERP systems or organizational databases is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Understanding of M&E or HR documentation is an added advantage.
