Eligibility Criteria – HESCO Jobs 2025 Apply

Company Secretary

Qualification: Member of a recognized professional accountancy or corporate chartered secretaries body, or a 16-year degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in government, semi-government, corporate, or large commercial organizations.
Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills.
Age: Maximum 55 years.

Chief Commercial Advisor

Qualification: 16-year degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, client management, and market analysis.
Skills: Proven leadership in market research and business development.
Age: Maximum 55 years.

Chief Information Technology Officer

Qualification: 16-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT management, governance, and integration.
Skills: Expertise in change management, IT frameworks, and communication.
Age: Maximum 55 years.

Perks and Tenure

Salary: Competitive market-based compensation.
Tenure: Initial contract of 2 years, extendable based on performance.
