SEPCO Jobs 2025 Apply Online? Sukkur Electric Power Company Limited (SEPCO), a government-owned power distribution company operating in 10 districts of northern Sindh, is offering a Paid Internship Program for Financial Year 2024-25. This internship provides an opportunity for graduate students, preferably in their final year, to enhance their skills and gain financial support.

Available Departments & Required Qualifications

Internship Duration & Stipend
- Duration: Initially 03 months, extendable up to one year based on performance and company requirements.
- Stipend:
- Rs. 30,000/- per month for all qualifications except:
- Rs. 50,000/- per month for ACCA, ICAP, ICMAP, CIMA candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in the final year of a Graduate or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0 (or equivalent) in previous academic years/semesters.
- Maximum age limit: 30 years.
- Government/Semi-Government employees are not eligible.
- Selection based on academic merit (95%) and interview performance (5%).
Application & Selection Process
- Online Application: Submit your application on the SEPCO website www.sepco.com.pk before 28-Feb-2025.
- Attach Required Documents: Upload attested transcripts/certificates of previous academic years.
- Merit List: Based on CGPA and interview.
- Interview & Document Verification: Conducted by SEPCO Selection Committee.
- Internship Offer: Selected candidates will receive an internship offer letter and job description.
- Completion Certificate: Issued after successful completion of the internship.
Important Instructions
- No TA/DA or conveyance allowance will be provided.
- SEPCO reserves the right to cancel or modify the internship program at any stage.
- Misconduct or breach of discipline may result in termination.
- The internship does not guarantee employment at SEPCO.
