1. Deputy Director Technical Statistics (EG-03)
- No. of Seats: 1
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (minimum 16 years of education) with at least 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of technical experience in the aviation sector.
- Expertise in statistical methods, data analysis, and visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of IT systems, software solutions & Management Information Systems.
- Proficiency in Planning Commission Project Tools (IPAS & PMES).
- Quota: Merit-based
- Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
- Salary: Rs. 249,588 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
- Age Limit: Maximum 42 years (including age relaxation).
2. Deputy Director Materials & Specifications (EG-03)
- No. of Seats: 1
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Preference for a Master’s degree in Geology/Geotechnical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in the construction industry.
- Experience as a Material Engineer on mega projects involving buildings, pavements, and MEP.
- In-depth knowledge of ASTM, BS, AASHTO, ACI material specifications, and testing standards.
- Quota: Merit-based
- Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
- Salary: Rs. 249,588 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
- Age Limit: Maximum 42 years (including age relaxation).
3. Deputy Director Procurement (EG-03)
- No. of Seats: 1
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (16 years of education) with 70% aggregate or equivalent CGPA from an HEC-recognized university. Preference for candidates with a Master’s degree in Construction Law, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of procurement-related experience in PSDP, PPP, and self-funded projects.
- Knowledge of PPRA regulations, PEC standard bidding documents, and FIDIC (1987/1999/2017) Rainbow Books.
- Expertise in feasibility studies, project evaluation, procurement rules, and legal guidelines.
- Familiarity with procurement and bidding methods, specifications writing, and evaluation protocols.
- Quota: Merit-based
- Contract Duration: 3 years (extendable)
- Salary: Rs. 249,588 per month with a 5% annual increment (negotiable as per policy).
- Age Limit: Maximum 42 years (including age relaxation).
